Terms and Policy for Any Service

As a digital technology service provider, I have some certain terms and policy about how I work and with whom!

I help business owners with my knowledge about digital technology implementation and analysis, but I have some terms and policy!

Why this Policy?

I can build and scale any business and service using digital implementation, and grow business online, but as a service provider I have some certain responsibility to make sure, that anything I am building or working with, is “100% ethical and does not create any social chaos or bad impact on society”.

Must Read and Agree

Before starting any project, please go through the service agreement file we send by email.

You must agree, if you have question or doubt, please ask and get clarified.

When you sell or provide service on your platform, you will be completely responsible for all content/image created by you.

During service, if any dispute arises between you and your consumer, we as digital technology service provider, is not responsible/answerable for any query, which will be a part of service agreement.

Things I Don’t Do!

If any project/assignment/task has something against any religion/community/ political / drug or adult content related, I say no!

If insufficient credibility / transparency of promoter, say no!

How I say yes or no to project – example

Here is an example of how it works!

If a fresh finance graduate come to build a financial product – I say No, unless they have some experienced advisors or board members from same industry on paper.

If a 15 years experienced person from oil and gas industry come to build a financial product – I say No, unless they have some experienced advisors or board members from same industry on paper.

On the other-hand, if a non-finance person with 15+ years of proven experience with reputed banking/finance domain come to build a financial product, I say Yes.

Same is applicable for any sensitive domains like insurance, health care etc.
